Smoothies are one of my favorite things to make for breakfast or an afternoon snack, especially in the summer! They are quick, easy, and are packed with nutrients to fuel your body!
I love to get creative with what I have on hand, and this one happened to turn out amazing! This combo is a great way to sneak in some extra greens & protein for your kids too… I guarantee they will never know & may even ask for seconds!
1 c. Frozen Organic Strawberries
1/2 c. Organic Spinach
1/2 c. Almond Milk
1/4 c. Fage Greek Yogurt
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1/4 c. Pecans
2 TBsp. Hemp Seeds
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Feel free to add some honey for added sweetness, if you desire. Top with extra pecans & hemp seeds.
